How do I enable nightly yum?

There are several packages that can cause global problems. They include
grub (maybe won't boot)
glibc
selinux
initialisation scripts
bind (in some cases)
dhcp client (can prevent network starting)

If I've updated, say glibc, and then problems arise then there is some 
prospect I'll think of glibc as something that changed.

If I don't know something's updated there's a good chance I will think 
it wasn't.
