summer at ns:~$ uptime

Others have rebooted in the past week. One reboots daily.

Only one is a UPS; even that would have failed if we'd been in the wrong
area a week ago, we had some Bad Weather in which a school piano got
carted across the sports ground. Power was down for some days for some.

The music room was reduced to stumps.

I hate the thought of a power failure while a software update is in
progress. Whether it happens to me or not, it must happen to some folk
somewhere somewhen.
