No FC2 updates anymore in all repo's?

I did this with yum, not apt.  I get the feeling apt does not have a
future: and in fact it does not have a past either: fedoralegacy are not
supporting apt.

If you can boot into rescue mode, sure, and in the worst case "all can
be solved" by a nuke and reinstall.  But if you didn't expect to be
getting into that, and just wanted the latest eyecandy, you need to
upgrade the whole lot, not try to poach from the next version.  It works
for things that are not dependent on much, and causes disasters for that
which is.
