syncing install repos with latest updates

Yes basically. I combined this with repomanage.py from Seth Vidal to 
complete
the tedious task of weeding out older packages, however
I am having problems, namely my newly build distro does not install. The 
install
bombs out at the package installation phase complaining that some of the 
packages 
do not have order tags. Anyone got any insight? 

pkgorder does produce a number of warnings e.g.:
