Mouse cursor size and font sizes messed up after deleting kdmrc

The font sizes in Konqueror are normal.  Its only the font sizes in the rest
of KDE that are too small.  I have Konq's fonts set to 12 point and they
are normal size.  12 point set in KControl results in fonts everywhere
exception Konq to be way too small.  Any hints?
