Install kernel-kdump to avoid an error logged at boot time (FC5), or change start-up scripts?

I've been getting

Starting kdump: No kdump kernel image found.
Tried to locate /boot/vmlinux-2.6.14-1.1632_FC5kdump

and has logged a bug about it. Until that's taken care of, would you
guys recommend to install the kdump kernel, or rename S20kdump files to
K99kdump?

Thanks.
