Unable to login in X windows in FC4

I had that problem after cloning a drive.  I forgot to set the sticky
bit on the /tmp directory permissions.

e.g. drwxrwxrwt   10 root root  4096 Nov  7 11:09 tmp

"Relabelling" errors sound like SELinux issues.
