Cannot gain access to Webmin

You ***need*** to have /etc/hosts
# ls -l /etc/hosts
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 454 Mar 18 2005 /etc/hosts
# cat /etc/hosts
# Do not remove the following line, or various programs
# that require network functionality will fail.
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
put it back - above is the content and permissions.
You should figure out what you did to delete it and not do it again.
