recompiling the FC3 kernel

Eek, I'd forgotten all about those files. They're woefully
out of date. (Thankfully, patchcount stays about the same, maybe a little
higher than it was back when that was written for fc3. rawhide should
be about the same).

I really should get on top of writing a script to auto-generate them.
