no, you do that using tedia2sql

see example on homepage. And you generate the DDL for devel-production
changes with zongle (zongle.sf.net) if you use PostgreSQL.

You could also check druid.sf.net for a more unified approach, it didn't
work very well when I tested it almost a year ago.
