Yum?

Yum randomly switches between mirrors to balance the mirror loads and 
avoid failures. When a new update is releases it sometime for the 
mirrors to pull in the packages. These updates may not be exactly in 
sync with each other. Meanwhile if you check with yum, it can show that 
packages are unavailable or only certain updates depending on the mirror 
it connects to. A simple solution would be to wait for a while and check 
again later.

There is ongoing work to implement a better mirror management 
infrastructure expected to be available in the future which might 
alleviate this problem.
