uol.com.br is now banned from this list

Effective immediately I am not allowing any @uol.com.br subscriptions to 
fedora-list.  It seems that people who post to the list are getting 
spammed from uol.com.br.  This is not the first time this has happened.

BTW folks, I highly recommend trying this web forum if it is too painful 
to use fedora-list.  I personally don't read fedora-list anymore because 
the noise and trouble is too large and frequent.
