If your mail server is sendmail, you can use a plussed address. Just add 
"+something" after your email username and before the "@". Sendmail ignores 
that part when matching the user. So I could use 
shiva+illknowifyouspamme at sewingwitch.com and it'll go to my account but I 
can filter on the sender.
