Would you be so kind and read emails before responding to it?

Where do you read the point that he wants to mirror a hardisk.
He is talking about Clustering a Java Applikation Server named Jboss.
It sits on top of an Tomcat Applikation Server and does fance j2ee

This really has nothing to do with whatever you suggest.

Now for the Solution:

There is no clustering support for an Jboss Server.
You also have the posibility to share the load between this two servers.

If you only want a cold standby system. HP or Compaq have Machines who
support this. And if you are really trying to build a J2EE Applikation
Cluster you might should hire someone who knows what he is doing :-)

No offend. But this could get very tricky.

 obi at unixkiste org The first one is for beeping all the time,
 IRCNet: Obi_Wan the second destroys the text.
perl -e'map{print pack c,($|++?1:13)+ord,select$,,$,,$,,$|}split//,ESEL.$/'
