Starting a VPN connection

I need to VPN into my university's computer. They only have
instructions for doing so on Windows XP. The page with the

Please, if anybody could assist me in connecting with Fedora! Our
machine happens to be dual boot, be I don't want to prove the wife
right in that we actually NEED that 'other OS'.
