If you're referring to publishing content over BitTorrent, I'm afraid it's 
not that straightforward.  It requires some manual grunge work.

You might want to look at http://eztorrent.courier-mta.com -- it might make 
reduce the guru factor for publishing content over BitTorrent down to a 
novice level.
