Sendmail 8.13.5 for FC4..and PHP update?

Hey gang,

Due to the improvements offered by Sendmail 8.13.5, is there any chance 
8.13.5 could be thrown into FC4 as an update?

Also, isc.sans.org talks about major PHP flaws just discovered on 
Thanksgiving. Any chance that package could get the packages? Is there a 
bugzillllllllalalalalalala entry for it yet?
