    It is, however when burning, one can burn an iso image, or an iso 
file.  If you burn an iso image, you end up with a usable disk 
containing files and folders.  If you burn an iso file, you end up with 
one large file on your disk.  Pretty useless, except for maybe backup 
purposes.
