ACPI issues in kernel-2.6.12-1.1447_FC4

Hi,

In addition to the matrox_w1 messages I'm seeing with this kernel, I'm 
also seeing the following ACPI errors in syslog:

Anyone else getting these?  Anyone know how to resolve this?  Thanks in
