How to make kernel binary rpm with telephony,SMP,sound,all input/out devices enabled from src.rpm of kernel-2.6.11

I am trying to make a kernel i586 and i686 binary rpm with support

-SMP
-telephony support
-complete USB support
-support of all I/O devices

i have kernel-2.6.11-1.1369_FC4.src.rpm
plz suggest me procedure to fallow
