How to burn FC4 CDs from Window XP PC

Any of the commercial CD burning packages (Nero, etc.) can burn ISO
images. XP
doesn't have anything native, but I did find a package that installs
into XP
and works with the built in burning software to allow you to burn a
premade
ISO image file. I found it via google.
