FC3 (urgent): /lib/ empty system wants /lib/ld-linux.so.2 and box dont execute commands...

As I'm sure you've guessed by the roaring silence, there is no "easy"
way to do this.  You really need to restore from backup.

You *do* have a backup, don't you?  :-)
