There is no excuse whatsoever if these are binaries which have been
compiled in the last couple of years.  Actually, there never has been an
excuse but at least since RHL9 it was flagged as an error.  As Jakub
said, it has *never* *ever* been correct to use errno without including
<errno.h> and we always in glibc (since 2.0) had a macro definition for
errno in that header which referred to __errno_location.  They just have
to clean up their code and use <errno.h> before recompiling on RHL9 (if
this is the only problem).
