Yes, there appears to be a delay with some mail getting to me, and it's
often out of order (answers arriving before questions, etc).  This was
another of them.  Your "solved it" message, written long before my
message (going by the date), arrived long after I sent mine.

No doubt the "precedence: junk" header invites some servers to give
delivery a low priority.
