Hi Vang,

Sorry for delay in replying to you.

Thanks for including the contents of the ramdisk, too.

It all looks OK to me.  The grub stanza is good; you're not missing any 
specified /boot files; the files in lib/* appear to be the ones needed 
for raid and lvm.

You should be able to use a "xenified" kernel to boot without the xen 
hypervisor.  You might want to try that first to prove that it boots 
correctly before moving onto a xen hypervisor boot.  Below is what that 
grub stanza should look like.

title Fedora Core (2.6.15-1.2054_FC5xen0)
       root (hd0,0)
       kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.15-1.2054_FC5xen0 ro root=/dev/XenVol/MgtRootVol
       module /initrd-2.6.15-1.2054_FC5xen0.img

That may help.  Sure hope so !-)
