What to pick for "localhost.localdomain"?

Thats what I did. All internal addressing is in all machines /etc/hosts 
files, and all gateway's are pointed at the firewall box, which is 
setup to send any queries it gets but cannot resolve on out to my 
assigned dns servers at my ISP.

People having trouble with vz bouncing email to me should add the word
'online' between the 'verizon', and the dot which bypasses vz's
stupid bounce rules.  I do use spamassassin too. :-)
