What backup method(s) do you use?

I have a nightly cron that copies my home directory, /etc, and some other things 
to a secondary hard disk (a dedicated "storage" drive) via rsync . Every so 
often I should re-burn a few DVD+RWs with my stuff too, but I keep forgetting to 
do that. :O
