i assume that you mean when you boot the _client_, only one nfs mount is
mounted. are there any differences in the two server configurations?

from the looks of it (according to your rsize, and wsize), your second
mount is an nfsv4 mount.  if that's true, you need to change the
filesystem type from "nfs" to "nfs4"
