Core 5: OpenMotif 2.3.0 (beta 2) far too buggy! It cripples apps....

I'm getting compile errors on XEPHEM which didn't happen on FC4.
gcc: /usr/X11R6/lib/libXm.a: No such file or directory
make: *** [xephem] Error 1
Could this be the reason???
