eth0 is set to
-Activate on boot
-Automatically obtain IP address settings with DHCP
-Automatically obtain DNS information from provider

I still can't get online. If I set up a static IP configuration (not 
precisely sure how), then I need to reconfigure WinXP also I imagine.
