I can provide an anecdote to the contrary. I'm surprised you're using
FC in a production environment. Of course you can use about everything
in a production environment if you yourself do all the work, but that's
exactly the point of using a stable branch of a distro (i.e. RHEL over
FC, stable/testing Debian).
