recommended x86_64 java plugin

For Java plugins, I highly recommend Blackdown JRE
(http://www.blackdown.org). It may not be the fastest Java VM, but, for
me, it is the most stable. The current 64-bit version is still 1.4.x,
but I suspect that most applets are still running that level.
