Either prelink was running at that time and ldconfig was seeing
ephemeral partial temp files named as shown, or, previously prelink was
interrupted and had left that temp file hanging around.

If it's still there, just delete it

rm /usr/lib/libfreetype.so.6.3.7.#prelink#.VGK6n7
