This was more an example of another way to modify the files in
/etc/xinetd.d then anything else. I don't run rshd, so I didn't
check to see if it was controlled by xinetd. But if there isn't
a rshd file in /etc/xinetd.d, then the command will fail. So you
ether do not have rshd installed, or it is not launched by xinetd.
