Local Yum: New createrepo - New Options

This may be due to the current unusable state of the mirrors.

I just tried using yum to do an update on one of my servers and each
repo gave an error of  
"[Errno -1] Metadata file does not match checksum" 
as it cycled through all the mirrors.
