udev-071-0.FC4.2 does not seem to obey console.perms for pilot ttyUSB

I ended up going through bugzilla and found a related bug, added to it 
and an attachment named 50-udev.rules was posted that fixed the problem 
without the need for the ugly 666 mode. Have a look at
