That's about what I would expect. Manually editing fstab simply is not going
to work, as far as I can see, so there must be a tool somewhere for
identifying additional partitions and adding them to mount points. Perhaps
the recent thread on adding a Ubuntu partition will help. That's where I'm
going to start, anyway.
