The kernel-2.6.14 wants not to be compiled!

That is not the complete kernel source.

What did you change? You should change it in the .config files provided
by the kernel src.rpm or even in the kernel.spec file.

You want
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/4/SRPMS/kernel-2.6.14-1.1656_FC4.src.rpm and to follow the FC4 release notes. And for best results and handling you want to rpmbuild to get a kernel rpm instead of using make directly.
