I've got a Dell Inspiron 9400 (aka E1705) and I've yet to get it to
resume using any of the kernels. Is there some particular magic you
need to do to make it work with pre 2.6.17 kernels? Are there docs
someplace that describe what to try if things don't work?

I've never seen anything that appeared to be useful in the logs after
a failed resume and hard reset, so I'm not at all sure what's even
failing. The screen just stays blank on resume, both in and out of X
at suspend time.

Anyone got pointers to docs detailing how it's supposed to work in FC5
and what to try when it doesn't?
