KDE update - lost control centre ?

If you had previously edited your menus with kmenuedit, you can try
undoing that to see if it helps.  From a command-line/konsole:
$ mv ~/.config/menus ~/.config/menus.BAK
$ kbuildsycoca

Did that help?

Else, try:
$ kbuildsycoca --menutest | less

(and look for your Control Center entry)
