PHP Multicast Client

Is anyone familiar how to develop a PHP multicast client, or maybe where I
can download one from. I have a multicast server that displays information,
that I purchased. The problem however is the client that came with it is not
web based. I want to develop a client that is web based that can actually
grab the multicast information and display it on the web. Any advice would
be greatly appreciated. I prefer to do this in PHP.
