[FC5] syslogd:network logging disabled

Hi All;

I'm getting a message on TTY7 when gdm restarts that states the following:

syslogd: network logging disabled (syslog/udp service unknown).
syslogd: see syslogd(8) for details of whether and how to enable it.:
Operation not permitted

Any ideas what that could be? This is a bare metal FC5 install, updated.
