merge or sync addressbooks

Hi,

I have addressbooks from evolution (for mailing), jpilot (for sync with
palm) and kaddressbook (used it before). There are overlaps, but not the
same addressbooks. Is there any way I can merge them bu avoid deplicates?
then sync them?
