open cd image in bin format

Hi all,
I want to be able to read a cd image with a .bin extension. it has an
accompany .cue file as well. I typically use nero to burn it on a cd reading
the .cue file, but now don't have physicall access to the machine and I just
want to see what's inside the .bin file, how can I do this?
