Regarding DEVHELP

hi

I am not able to configure devhelp 0.6.0 /devhelp 0.10.0. The problem is :

While configuring it it gives error message gtk, atk missing , i downloaded
it from the net and installled . After  this also i am not able to configure
devhelp. I am using FC 2 . Please help.
