The proper component is probably anaconda - as that is the Red Hat /
Fedora installer.

Select RFE (Request For Enhancement) as the bug type.

Bugzilla _is_ the right place for it.
It needs to be somewhere where the request, and responses to the
request, can be tracked - and that is bugzilla.
