HELP:why I can't find /sbin/cardctl in my system?

I wang to install LINKSYS WPC 11 wireless card.

I followed the instruction on http://linux.oldcrank.com/tips/wpc11/.  But ,
where is the "cardctl"? Is it a program? Why I can't find it on my
system--fedora core 5.


By the way,would you please send me a instruction of HOW TO INSTALL WPC11?
