PCI 7&8

Hi 
i have been meaning to ask this ? 
for a long time but am just getting around to it
When i start FC5 i get this 
PCI cannot allocate resource region 7 of bridge 0000:00:04.0
same for region 8
can some one tell me what this is ?
and maybe how to fix it.
this is on a compaq presario r4010us laptop
