yum mirrors not in sync

I've written a program to collect more information about the sync problem
with yum mirrors.  Below is its output for the various fedora-updates
mirrors.  Out of 55 mirrors, 37 are out of date, 6 by more than a day (1 @
39, 2 == 34, 1 @ 11, 1 @ 4, 1 @ 3).  There's an out-of-date group of 19
mirrors, another of 11, and one of 2, that agree with each other,
interspersed with each other in the list of mirrors.  This is why it can be
so hard to get a "yum update" to work.

I'll probably put the program up on my web site.

A mirror is deemed a mismatch if the "primary" timestamp or checksum in its
repomd file doesn't match the base repo.  The output for each mismatching
mirror is the url, the number of days out of date, the timestamp, the
timestamp decoded, and the checksum.
