I'm having this same problem. Argh! My site is paralyzed because of it. The latest yum version of ImageMagick can't deal with any files at all. Keep getting e.g. "convert: no decode delegate for this image format `/tmp/tmp_RIdHsZ'." ... when trying to do stuff with .jpg files. Jake.
